What are your rates and service fees?
Our company specializes in money lending. Our fees are based on the amount of the variable credit line requested, and we offer an interest rate that is permitted by the Office de la protection du consommateur.
How can I apply for a variable credit line?
Apply online or call us at 1-844-753-0058. One of our agents will be happy to complete the request with you.
In which case could my application be rejected?
  • Unfulfilled consumer proposal
  • Incomplete form or incorrect information
  • Too many NSF payments to your bank account
  • Undischarged Bankruptcy
  • Unstable job
  • Too much short-term debt

This list is not exhaustive, and your request may be refused for other reasons.

What are the eligibility criteria?
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be a Canadian resident
  • Have been employed for 1 month
  • Receive your salary by direct deposit into a Canadian bank account
  • Have a net income of at least $1,200 per month
  • Not have filed for bankruptcy, or be considering filing for bankruptcy or a consumer proposal
Which sources of income are accepted?
  • Salaried customers paid by direct deposit
  • Customers covered by the CNESST program
  • Customers covered by employment insurance
  • Customers covered by long-term disability insurance
  • Customers covered by a pension plan
How long will it take to receive the funds?
If your request is accepted and the contract is returned signed before 1 p.m., the funds will be deposited into your bank account by the end of the day. If your request is accepted after 1 p.m., you must allow up to 24 business hours for the transfer.
What are the fees for insufficient funds?
In the event of insufficient funds, a $40 fee will apply. Contact us before this happens. An agent will be able to recommend different terms or staggered payments. You have the option of delaying a payment for a $25 administrative fee. No reasonable request from a responsible borrower will be refused, especially if the user has already demonstrated that they care about respecting their commitments.
What is a variable rate mortgage?
It is a credit line that allows you to borrow on it subject to terms and conditions set forth in the initial contract.
Under what circumstances is it possible to borrow again under the same initial contract?

Any borrower is eligible to borrow again when the following conditions are met:

  • The borrowed amount is at least 250$
  • The new borrowed amount does not exceed the approved credit limit when added to the outstanding balance
  • At least thirty days remain until the end of the contract
  • The borrower is not in default under the terms of the initial contract
What are the fees for borrowing again under the initial contract?
Except for the interests, there are no additional fees.

What happens in the event of non-payment or non-cooperation?
The debt will be sent to the collection team and the applicable interest rate will remain the same as the one stated in the credit line margin approval contract in the event of non-payment.
When can I renew?
You are eligible for a different amount when you become eligible for the renewal of your contract.
