Before signing the loan agreement, we provide you with full details of the costs involved. Direct debits are taken directly from your account on the dates specified in your contract. The debit dates are adapted to your payroll frequency:
- Weekly payments
- Bi-weekly payments
- Monthly payments
Eligibility criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be a Canadian resident
- Have been employed for at least 1 month
- Receive your salary by direct deposit into a Canadian bank account
- Have a net income of at least $1,200 per month
- Not have filed for bankruptcy or a consumer proposal
Required documents:
if you do not use instant bank verification:
- Bank statement for the last 30 days
- Last pay stub
- Specimen check
- Identification (driver’s license, health insurance card, passport)
Accepted sources of income:
- Salaried customers paid by direct deposit

- Customers covered by employment insurance
